Happiness

Happiness is a state of mind. It is a feeling of fulfillment. Most people believe that if you have something (time, money, a partner, etc.), you can do something (go on vacation, indulge yourself), which will allow you to be happy and satisfied.

But let’s look at it differently: Be happy first, then start doing something, and this will bring you the things you want to have.

In this second scenario, our vibrations are higher, we feel the state of happiness, we act from it, and we stay in it. In the first scenario, however, our vibrations are much lower, we act from a state of lack, and unfortunately, we also maintain that state.

As a result, our ultimate happiness is not genuine, we can’t hold on to it, it doesn’t fulfill us, and we are constantly searching for something new, something else, something outside of ourselves, all the while feeling empty. If you give and do things calculatingly, with the intention of something coming to you, you will not be happy; it won’t last, and it won’t fulfill you.
